Motiff

Born in Venezuela, Arbise Gonzalez, “Motiff”, was influenced at a very early age by his father in the music industry. As an adolescent, he moved to Miami and began to develop his own signature sound, which has made him one of the most unique and sought out producers in the music industry.

In 2012, he produced Gloria Estefan’s hit song “Hotel Nacional” alongside Emilio Estefan, which debuted #1 on the Billboard charts. Since, he’s worked with artists such as David Bisbal, Samo, Gloria Trevi, Yuri, Dyland & Lenny, Farruko, Wisin, Yandel, Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, J Balvin, Wyclef Jean, Zion & Lennox, Pitbull, Maluma, Jennifer Lopez, and Bad Bunny to name a few. He also worked with Victor Manuelle on his biggest hit since 2004, “Que Suenen los Tambores” with a record of eight weeks at #1 in the tropical charts. Chino & Nacho’s “Me Voy Enamorando (Remix);” Natalia Jiménez’s sophomore solo album Creo en Mí (Sony Music Latin, 2015); and Gente De Zona’s album Visualízate (Sony Music / Magnus Media, 2015) which includes “La Gozadera” and “Traidora” both featuring Marc Anthony, were all produced by Motiff.

In 2019 he launched his career as a singer with the single titled “Animal” as part of an EP. He is currently producing the latest Marc Anthony album together with Sergio Jorge. His collaborations with artists such as Nesty with “Mala Gente” and Leoni Torres are part of the movement of the new salsa known as “Salsa Fresh”.
