Gente de Zona, the Cuban duo that has revolutionized urban music in and outside of their native country, has a great list of musical hits with that unique characteristic, which makes it impossible not to stand up as soon as you hear them and their new single “Lágrimas de Champán”, it provokes that and much more.
This time, Alexander and Randy join their compatriots Dale Pututi and El Carli to present this new single and its music video on Tuesday, November 15.
Under the Magnus Music label, the new song for the 2022 Latin Grammy nominees was recorded at the Musica Doy studios in Miami. The music video, directed by Guillermo Figueredo, features the special participation of Marko, a well-known comedian, and influencer, who brings a touch of mischief, comedy, and surprise, playing the female Sara at the center of this story.
Gente de Zona will travel to Las Vegas this November for the Latin Grammy ceremony, in which his most recent production, “De Menor a Mayor”, earns him a nomination in the “Best Contemporary Tropical Album” category. Alexander and Randy had a special participation in the Person of the Year gala in honor of Marco Antonio Solis.
