Rafa Tena is a Spanish lyricist and songwriter known for his extensive career in music production and composing songs for national and international artists. He defines himself as an eternal learner in the creation of popular songs. Throughout his career, he has worked on numerous music productions that have gained recognition in Spain and internationally. Rafa is the brother of the famous singer and composer Manolo Tena, with whom he developed various projects, including composing and producing his brother’s last album, Casualidades (2016), before his passing. Some of his most notable works include the production of “Son Dos – Ida y Vuelta” (2024) and compositions for Melón Diésel, such as “Hombre en el Espejo” (2001) and “Real” (2003), both under the Sony Music label.
